About Me
I am a legal professional presently working as in-house counsel with an IT company, where I manage a wide range of corporate and contractual matters within a technology-driven business environment.
My experience includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating B2B commercial agreements such as SaaS agreements, software development agreements, master service agreements, and other data-related contracts, primarily with international clients across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. I am involved in the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from structuring and risk assessment to negotiation and execution, while working closely with business and product teams.
I also advise on data protection and platform compliance, including the preparation of privacy policies, terms of use, and end-user licence agreements in line with frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA. My work extends to dispute resolution, recovery matters, and transactional advisory, including share purchase arrangements and cross-border business structuring.
My approach to legal practice is grounded in clarity, practicality, and commercial awareness, with a focus on delivering solutions that are both legally sound and aligned with business objectives.
